Thursday, May 3rd is Idaho Gives! Idaho Gives – a program of the Idaho Nonprofit Center – is designed to bring the state together, raising money and awareness for Idaho nonprofits. This 24-hour day of online giving takes place May 3rd, 2018. In response to the Pioneer Fire of 2016, Winter Wildlands Alliance (in partnership with the Boise National Forest and Idaho State Parks and Recreation) is helping re-plant trees around the burned Idaho City Yurt system. Winter Wildlands Alliance is looking for 5 volunteers to help our crew plant 300 trees around this popular winter recreation destination. Winter Wildlands Alliance, with support from SnowSchool at Bogus Basin, and Boise REI, will be hosting the 6th annual trail stewardship project at Mores Mountain. In partnership with the Boise National Forest, volunteers will gather to give back to a treasured outdoor space.
