Winter Wildlands Alliance is hiring: Backcountry Film Festival Manager

Winter Wildlands Alliance is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to organize our annual Backcountry Film Festival and Tour and coordinate additional outreach activities. The successful candidate will be passionate about human-powered winter snowsports and film, have strong social media and marketing background and skills, and ability and desire to work collaboratively with the WWA team. She or he will be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communications skills and applicable degree and experience.

Responsibilities include helping secure sponsorships, working with filmmakers, curating film program, creating and distributing marketing materials, networking with partners, arranging event details and performing other related duties for the Backcountry Film Festival and Tour. In addition, the Backcountry Film Festival Manager will assist with the Corporate Partnership and Backcountry Partners programs. This is a permanent position working full-time from August through March and half-to-three-quarter time April through July. Competitive salary and excellent benefits.
