Your financial support is vital to the protection of public lands and wild winter landscapes.
Since 2000, Winter Wildlands Alliance has been supported by a core group of backcountry recreationalists, winter educators, snow lovers, and more. What we do happens 365 days a year – it’s our business to keep defending our winter ecosystems and wild places to make a difference and protect the places we recreate, find solace, and create exceptional experiences.
By joining or continuing your support through our Founder’s Circle (originally the Sarah Michael Fund), you provide the resources we need to create national regulations to protect at-risk winter lands, get more kids outside for winter adventure and snow science exploration, solve recreation conflicts on our local forests, gather local backcountry communities and continue to build a movement in defense of the winter landscapes we know and love.
Your generous support of any amount is important to our ability to be successful in our work. Anyone that gives over $750 will be acknowledged as part of our Founder’s Circle in our annual report, which is printed and mailed at the beginning of each year in our Trail Break. You will also receive the opportunity to claim VIP spots at Backcountry Film Festival screenings, WWA hut trips, and more.
Thanks for your support!
